That curiosity has taken me from helping define the early positioning of Hourglass Cosmetics, to bringing probiotics into medically-validated skincare with mybody and Glowbiotics, to creating Lady Suite when I couldn’t find solutions good enough for intimate skin, to naming brands and developing products for the next generation of beauty.I’ve always been interested in the idea behind the product.
Why should this exist? What should we call it? What does the brand mean? What does the consumer actually need?Sometimes the idea starts with a pain point. Sometimes it starts with science. “good.clean.goop” came to me while I was blow-drying my hair. I work with founders and teams to figure out what to build next, why it matters and how to bring it to market.I’m a two-time beauty founder, brand strategist, product innovator and operator with more than two decades in beauty. I understand both the creative vision behind a brand and the realities of turning it into a viable business.

Co-founded mybody and Glowbiotics, launching mybody with 17 SKUs in nine months and helping pioneer topical probiotic skincare before the microbiome became a beauty category.Helped build Hourglass Cosmetics alongside the founder during its early years, helping define the brand around the intersection of art, science and anti-aging.Founded Lady Suite, part of the early wave of brands redefining intimate skincare and feminine wellness.Created the original “good.clean.goop” tagline for goop skincare, which later evolved into the name of its Target beauty launch.Named Pley Beauty and helped develop the brand and product assortment.Renamed and helped develop Snif, including development of its custom fragrance packaging.Took SPOOGE from a name and six formulas to a fully developed SPF brand in six months, leading brand development and packaging while helping build the team and operational foundation.Currently lead packaging procurement for Le Prunier and product development for Atmosphera, working across product strategy, formulation, packaging, sourcing and production.Raised capital twice. Shut down a business once. Learned a ton!
